Freedom Is Not Free: A Celebration of Liberty
Saturday, November 15, 2003 - Newberg, Oregon
Produced by Sojourn Productions

We live in a free country because people have sacrificed to make it so. Freedom Is Not Free celebrated the freedom we enjoy in our country, and recognized the tremendous cost of that freedom. The event was a tribute to those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

The event was held November 15, 2003 at an auditorium in Newberg, Oregon. Just under 1,000 people gathered to celebrate the freedom we have in this country and to honor those who fought to preserve it...our Veterans.

All of the participants were volunteers: a group of ordinary citizens from a local community who desired to express their thanks. The event combined speech, powerful musical compositions and strong visual imagery to stress the value of freedom and the responsibility that comes with it.
